Room was large and comfortable. Wi-Fi was spotty at times. Breakfast was okay.

The courtyard and pool were super inviting! The staff was really nice, but the breakfast area felt cramped and finding the place was tricky. 🏊

Rooms were clean, and their balconies were a nice touch. Loved the free coffee available all day. The pool was clean enough for a dip, and the outdoor space was enjoyable. My daughter loved the lakeside walk nearby!

Check-in process caused confusion!!! A request for a first-floor room should not lead to being placed on the second floor!!! Cleanliness needs serious attention, cobwebs and sticky drawers don't cut it for comfort!!!

We loved our stay at Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western The Villages! The clean and comfortable Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and Patio on the first floor was perfect for our family. The breakfast was convenient and delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to help us with local tips and suggestions. The central location made it easy to explore all the attractions we were interested in.

I appreciated the helpful staff who gave me great tips on places to see. Breakfast was pretty good, nice variety of options, but I only had it once. Unfortunately, the check-in process caused some confusion as I had booked a specific room type but got another initially, which was a hassle. Additionally, the pool felt small and may not be ideal for families with kids. Overall, while the stay was enjoyable, better communication regarding room assignments and pool size would be beneficial.
